----- OK, if I could dream of a perfect dinner it would be the Hamachi Crudo and this Beef Tataki.

----- They said they were by far the best wings we had ever had in DC. The flavor optionsare fantastic and all lived up to our expectations.

----- The truffle fries were OUT OF THIS WORLD, hands down top five best fries I've ever had.

------ Ate at Rolling Cow while it was parked at GW and got the Ssam (signature rice paper wrap) with chicken and salad.

----- I always have to recommend the ten dumplings mixed and add all three sauces you will not be disappointed.

----- The skewers were all delicious, with my favorites being the chicken meatballs and chicken thighs as well as the yaki onigiri.

---- Surprisingly great Chinese food with many vegetarian options.

-----Their ramen is amazing (tried the Spicy Jin Ramen and Kimchi ramen, both super delicious) and their sushi is so so good!!!!”

----- Recommend sitting at the bar to see the sushi chef create the rolls especially if you order the DC monument roll.
